Trip Details

Day 1

Day 2

Day 3

Fly into the Las Vegas International airport and meet our bus at noon. You will head for Red Rock Canyon where you will do some hiking and a scenic desert drive. If the timing works out, you will then head for Death Valley to join the Dark Sky Festival where you'll get to view the spectacular night sky while learning from experts.

You will get an early start so that you can spend a full day in Death Valley National Park, the hottest, dryest and lowest of the national parks.  Enjoy a hummer tour to Echo Canyon and Artists Palette, and then experience the lowest place in North America, Badwater Basin. Hike desert canyons, explore the Mesquite Sand dunes, and then head to Zabriskie Point for sunset.

Spend the day hiking in Valley of Fire state park where you'll see fiery red rocks, petroglyphs, and unusual rock formations.  When you're done hiking, you will head back to Las Vegas for an enjoyable dinner before heading back to the LAS airport to depart.
